Browse listings on Tikiberry or receive a secure link from a seller on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

Pay into escrow

Your payment goes into a secure escrow account — not directly to the seller. Powered by Stripe.

Receive your ticket

The seller transfers the ticket to you digitally or physically.

Confirm receipt

Once you confirm the ticket is valid, the funds are released to the seller.

Dispute if needed

If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and our team will review and resolve it fairly.

For sellers

List your ticket

Create a listing with event details, price, and a photo of your ticket.

Share your listing

Share your listing link to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or X. Or use the Safe Transaction feature to generate a secure link.

Buyer pays into escrow

When a buyer pays, funds go into escrow. You cannot access them yet — but they are confirmed.

Transfer the ticket

Send the ticket to the buyer digitally or arrange a handover.

Get paid

Once the buyer confirms receipt, 90% of the sale price is released to you within 24 hours.

The Safe Transaction feature

Found a ticket on WhatsApp or Facebook but don't want to risk sending money directly? Use Safe Transaction. You generate a secure Tikiberry link and send it to the seller. They accept it, you pay into escrow, and the normal protected flow begins — even for deals that started outside Tikiberry.
