How Tikiberry works

For buyers

Find a ticket

Browse listings on the Tikiberry marketplace or receive a secure link from a seller on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

Tell us where to send it

When you click Buy, you tell us the email your ticketing account is registered under (e.g. your Ticketmaster or Webtickets email). The seller will transfer the ticket to that exact address.

Seller accepts

The seller has 24 hours to accept your deal. Notify them on WhatsApp with one tap so it happens fast.

Pay into escrow

Your payment goes into a secure escrow account — not directly to the seller. You have 15 minutes to complete payment once the seller accepts.

Receive your ticket

The seller has 15 minutes to transfer the ticket to the email you provided, via their ticketing platform (Ticketmaster, Webtickets, Howler, Quicket, TicketPro or Computicket).

Verify and confirm — you have 30 minutes

Check the ticket is valid for the correct event, date and seat. If it looks right, confirm receipt. If something’s wrong, raise a dispute. If you do neither within 30 minutes, payment auto-releases to the seller.

Seller gets paid

Once payment is released — by your confirmation or by auto-release — the seller is paid out within 24 hours. If anything goes wrong before or right after, our team steps in.

For sellers

List your ticket

Add the event details, your asking price, and select the platform your ticket lives on (Ticketmaster, Webtickets, Howler, Quicket, TicketPro, Computicket, or Other).

Share your listing

Share the link anywhere — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X.

Accept the deal — you have 24 hours

A buyer picks your ticket and tells us where to transfer to. You get a WhatsApp message with the deal link. Tap Accept.

Buyer pays into escrow

When the buyer pays, funds are secured. Deal status updates to Escrow Locked. Money is held safely — but not with the buyer any more.

Transfer the ticket

You have 15 minutes. Send the ticket via your platform to the exact email shown in the Deal Room. Then tap "I’ve transferred the ticket".

Get paid

The buyer confirms receipt within 30 minutes, or the payment auto-releases to you. Either way, 90% of the sale price is paid out within 24 hours.

The Safe Transaction feature

Found a ticket on WhatsApp or Facebook but do not want to risk sending money directly? Use Safe Transaction. Generate a secure link and send it to the seller. They accept, you pay into escrow and the full protected flow begins — even for deals that started outside Tikiberry.

The timers, at a glance

24 hours for the seller to accept.
15 minutes for the buyer to pay after seller acceptance.
15 minutes for the seller to transfer after payment.
30 minutes for the buyer to confirm or dispute after transfer. Miss it and payment auto-releases to the seller.

Both parties can add a one-time 10 minute extension during payment and transfer stages. If any window expires without action, the outcome is automatic — no chasing anyone.
