Step by step
Create an account
Sign up with your email or Google in under a minute.
List your ticket
Add the event name, your asking price, seat details if relevant, and select the platform your ticket is on (Ticketmaster, Webtickets, Howler, Quicket, TicketPro, Computicket, or Other).
Add your WhatsApp number
Buyers notify you on WhatsApp when they want to buy. Your number is never shown publicly.
Share your listing
Share the link anywhere — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X. Tikiberry generates ready-to-share links for you.
Accept the deal — within 24 hours
A buyer picks your ticket and specifies where to transfer to. You get a WhatsApp message with the deal link and see their transfer email before you accept.
Buyer pays into escrow
When the buyer pays, deal status becomes Escrow Locked. The money is secured — but held by Tikiberry, not the buyer.
Transfer the ticket — within 15 minutes
The Deal Room shows the buyer’s exact transfer email and a shortcut button to open your ticketing platform. Send the ticket, then tap "I’ve transferred the ticket".
Get paid
The buyer has 30 minutes to confirm receipt. If they do, funds release immediately. If they don’t respond, funds auto-release to you. 90% of the sale price lands in your bank within 24 hours.

You\u2019re protected against buyer ghosting
If the buyer confirms receipt within 30 minutes of your transfer, payment releases immediately. If they don\u2019t respond in 30 minutes, payment auto-releases to you anyway. If they raise a dispute, we investigate within 24 hours and — if you have proof of transfer — release funds to you.
If a buyer raises a dispute
Reply to the dispute email with proof of transfer — either forward the confirmation email from your ticketing platform, or send a screenshot showing the transfer was made to the correct email. We usually resolve disputes within 24 hours.
Digital tickets preferred
Tikiberry works best with tickets that can be transferred via Ticketmaster, Webtickets, Howler, Quicket, TicketPro or Computicket. If your ticket is from a different source, select "Other" when listing and arrange delivery directly with the buyer.
